Before you get started
Before your customized fitness program begins, the owner of TRoe Fitness, Thomas Roe, will send you a questionnaire to get a better understanding of your daily schedule, as well as fitness and nutrition habits. This will ensure a well-rounded program is carefully mapped out for you
Each private fitness training session is created for your fitness and nutrition goals. Be prepared that each session will challenge you both mentally and physically without being monotonous or routine, ever changing.
TRoe Fitness’ client base ranges from High School and college students, up to Baby Boomers and everyone in between.
