CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
If there are 5 or less people signed up for a session we will cancel OR consolidate classes. You will be notified via e-mail and moved to the next available hour. The energy in a smaller group is not what we are known for.
RAINY DAY POLICY
Unless there is thunder and lightning, we are going! You are not going to melt.
Allow ample time for parking. Morning classes are a non issue. Allow 15 min to find a parking spot for afternoon classes.
WHAT TO BRING TO OUTDOOR CIRCUIT TRAINING CLASSES?
- Yoga Mat or beach towel
- WaterHand towel
- Good cross training shoes
- No Quit Attitude!
WILL I LOSE WEIGHT?
Our diet, nutrition and exercise program is intense; if that’s your goal you will lose weight.
I SAW YOUR VIDEOS – I AM AFRAID I WON’T BE ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH THE GROUP.
We have clients of all fitness levels. It is Your workout – we will be there to support you where you are in your journey. All we ask is that you give 100%. We will push you and help you get the results you have always wanted.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND?
Yes! Just give us a call and let us know what day and time your guest will be joining the group. We would love to have them join us, the cost is $10 and they’ll have to sign a waiver.
WHAT’S THE YOUNGEST CLIENT YOU WOULD ACCEPT?
14 years old, with parent’s consent.
CLIENT CANCELLATION POLICY
You have 12 hours before class starts to cancel your spot. We limit the size of our classes to 12, and they fill up quickly. The 12 hour cancellation policy is more than lenient and allows other clients the opportunity to sign up. For more information on our cancellation policy click here.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T SHOW UP TO A CLASS?
You will be docked the class.
I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A TROE FITNESS CLASS, WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW MY FIRST TIME OUT?
Please arrive 10 minutes before class so we can sign you in.
WHAT KIND OF RESULTS WILL I GET?
We bring our “A” game to every class we teach, we expect you to do the same. We only have a few hours a week with you, the rest of the time it’s about you and your choices. A good diet combined with our style of training and in 30 days you will no doubt see and feel results. Give the program your greatest effort and you will see incredible results.
WHAT ARE THE OUTDOOR CIRCUIT TRAINING CLASSES LIKE?
Intense!! Aerobic, anaerobic, endurance and strength training – count on all of them in one of our outdoor circuit training classes.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO FINISH MY PACKAGE OF CLASSES?
- The Private Personal Training packages must be completed within 60 days of purchase.
- Outdoor Circuit Training packages of 4 must be used within 30 days.
- Outdoor Circuit Training packages of 8 must be used within 30 days.
- Outdoor Circuit Training packages of 12 must be used within 45 days.
- Outdoor Circuit Training packages of 16 must be used within 45 days.
