Fitness Programs

Whether it’s in a group setting or during a 1:1 session with one of our trainers, with TRoe Fitness every workout is YOUR workout.
With every workout you can expect a combination of anaerobic and aerobic activity with very little rest or down time. Each session is meant to condition the entire body. All customized training programs with TRoe Fitness are results driven and goal oriented, with an emphasis on having fun.

Individual training sessions often include: Running stairs, sprints, jumping rope, boxing and or swimming. Group training sessions often include: Running stairs, sprints, and jumping rope for cardio. All weight training is done using body weight and resistance bands.

Before you get started:
Before your customized fitness program begins, the owner of  TRoe Fitness, Thomas Roe, will send you a questionnaire to get a better understanding of your daily schedule, as well as fitness and nutrition habits. This will ensure a well-rounded program is carefully mapped out for you.
